Many Saudis don't know much about driving rules in Saudi Arabi and that because rules are not applied correctly. However, I know some and here they are :
1- You can drive at age of 17 if you have a temporary license.
2- You have to have a license and car insurance.
3- You are not allowed to use your cell phone while you drive.
the rules as same as my country (japan) but,driving lisence is taken by 18 years old~.
